José Ricardo de Bastos Martins
With over 30 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, and contracts, his practice includes advising national and international companies in both domestic and international transactions. He stands out not only in mergers and acquisitions across various sectors and sizes but also in the discussions surrounding the ongoing evolution of advertising regulation in Brazil. He is a member of the Ethics Committee of the Brazilian Association of Advertising Agencies (ABAP). He has worked as a foreign consultant in New York at the international law firms Sidley Austin LLP and Stairs Dillenbeck Finley Mayer. He graduated from the University of São Paulo and holds a master’s degree in Business Law from New York University.
