André Villac Polinesio

With over 25 years of experience in labor law, particularly in strategic litigation and consulting, union matters, legal opinions, and complex issues, serving both national and multinational clients. He also has a long history of involvement in negotiations and mediations between companies, employees, and unions, as well as representing clients in strategic disputes. He holds a master’s degree and a specialization in labor law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP).
