Carlos Eduardo Dantas Costa

With 20 years of experience in labor law, his practice is particularly focused on consulting, collective bargaining, and strategic litigation, assisting both national and international companies in matters related to Labor Courts, Labor Prosecutor’s Offices, and Unions. He is a Labor Law professor at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo (FGV-SP) and holds a master’s degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), along with specializations from PUC-SP (Labor Law) and FGV-SP (Business Administration). Currently, Carlos Eduardo also serves as a State Counselor, President of the Union Law Commission, Rapporteur at the 3rd Appellate Chamber of the Ethics Court, and member of the Ethics Committee of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP).
