Renato Vilela Faria

With extensive experience at some of the largest law firms in Brazil and in Big4 consultancies, Renato has over 20 years of experience in tax law, with a special focus on consulting involving domestic and international tax matters, corporate restructurings, structured real estate transactions, and accounting issues. His experience also includes representing clients in complex disputes before administrative and judicial courts. He served as a substitute judge at the Tax and Fees Court of São Paulo (TIT-SP). Renato teaches tax law in undergraduate and postgraduate courses, as well as at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT), where he is a member.
